Shipping policy
Delivery Estimates
Standard U.S. delivery is typically 7–13 business days.
Standard international delivery is typically 11–17 business days, though customs may add extra time.
Delivery timelines include processing and carrier transit. Estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during holidays, launches, Pride season, high-volume periods, weather delays, customs processing, or carrier disruptions.
Tracking
All orders include tracking.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
International Orders
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by your destination country.
European Union orders: For orders shipped to the EU with a value under €150, VAT is collected at checkout. For orders over €150, VAT and any applicable customs duties may be assessed upon delivery by your local customs authority.
All other international orders: Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If your order ships separately, you will receive tracking for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be reshipped.
Lost Orders
If your order appears lost in transit, email hello@stickysweetbears.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Once the order is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Shipping Carriers
We ship through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local delivery partners depending on destination and availability.
