Because our products are produced in limited batches and made to order, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. This approach helps us reduce waste while focusing on the styles, fits, and designs our community loves most.

Please review your order carefully before checkout, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change?

Email hello@stickysweetbears.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

If you need to update or cancel an order, reach out and we'll see what we can do. Orders move through production quickly, so some changes may not be possible after processing has completed, but we'll always work with you to find the best available solution.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit, we'll make it right.

Please email hello@stickysweetbears.com within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages) and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing any damage, defect, or incorrect item received

Once reviewed and confirmed, we'll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

In most cases, damaged or incorrectly produced items do not need to be returned.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact hello@stickysweetbears.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.

We want you to feel confident ordering from Sticky Sweet Bears. If an item isn't the right fit or isn't what you expected, we'll work with you to make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund, store credit, or size exchange for the same item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you have questions before ordering, we're always happy to help with sizing, fit, and product recommendations.

Exchanges

We understand that finding the right fit online can sometimes take a second try.

If you need a different size or fit variation of the exact same item, please contact hello@stickysweetbears.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll help arrange a replacement order for the appropriate size or fit.

Exchanges are limited to the same product and are intended to address sizing or fit concerns, including available inseam or length variations where applicable.

If you would prefer a different product or color, you may submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

We strongly encourage reviewing our size guides before ordering, and we're always happy to answer fit questions before purchase.

Exceptions: Accessories & Non-Clothing Items

Accessories and non-clothing items are generally not eligible for returns based on personal preference.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we'll review the issue promptly.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and are not refundable by Sticky Sweet Bears.

European Union Customers

EU consumer protection laws may provide a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain online purchases. However, some products may be exempt from this right under applicable law.

As a result, we generally cannot accept returns or cancellations for buyer's remorse, preference changes, or incorrect size selections once an order has entered processing. This does not affect your rights regarding items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise fail to conform to your order.
