🎽 Fit & Sizing

What makes your sizing different?
We design for real queer bodies—big, broad, curvy, tall, and everything in between. That means room in the thighs, stretch in the waist, and fits that don’t punish softness. If you’ve ever felt sized out or squeezed tight by mainstream brands, you’re gonna feel seen here.

Do your clothes run true to size?
Generally, yes—our pieces are true to size in the way you want them to be: they hug without being clingy. Regular fit means close-but-comfy. Oversized means roomy and relaxed. Size up for extra ease, down for a snugger hug. Confidence > conformity.

How do your clothes and apparel fit?
Each product page includes fit notes—whether it’s oversized, tailored, stretchy, or snug. Look for keywords and check the size chart. Many items also include measurements to help you compare to something you already own.

How do I know what size to order?
We love a body in all its dimensions. Every product page includes a size chart with fit notes specific to that style. What fabrics do you use?
Our products use a variety of fabrics—each selected for feel, function, and sustainability. You’ll find:

  • Ring-spun cotton for softness and breathability

  • Polyester and spandex blends for stretch and durability

  • Recycled polyester (rPET) for a lower environmental impact

We balance comfort, bold expression, and quality across everything we make. Check each product page for detailed fabric content.

Do you use recycled or reclaimed fabrics?
Wherever possible, yes. We prioritize materials that support a more sustainable future—like soft-yet-strong ring-spun cotton, flexible spandex-poly blends, and recycled materials like Recycled Poly (rPET). It’s a mix, but always with intention: comfort, longevity, and lower environmental impact. Each product page includes fabric details, so you know exactly what you're wearing.

How should I care for my Sticky Sweet Bears pieces?
To keep your gear looking great:

  • Wash inside out on cold

  • Use mild detergent

  • Avoid bleach or ironing directly on prints

These pieces are built to last—but like all great things, a little TLC goes a long way.


📦 Orders, Shipping & Tracking

When will I get my order?
All Sticky Sweet Bears pieces are made to order through our print partner, Printful. Fulfillment typically takes 5–7 business days. Shipping time depends on your location:

  • United States: 3–6 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. You can also check your order status through your account.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, because queer joy knows no borders. International customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs calculated during secure checkout.

What if my address is wrong?
Please double-check your address before submitting your order. If your package is returned to our print partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment—subject to a re-shipping fee.


🔄 Returns, Reprints & Refunds

What if my order arrives damaged or isn’t what I ordered?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@stickysweetbears.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost once confirmed. In some cases, we may offer a refund or store credit. No need to return the item—we got you.

But what if I ordered the wrong size or style?
Since every item is printed just for you, our vendors don’t accept returns or exchanges based on size. That means we can’t offer automatic swaps or refunds for size or style selection.

That said, we’re human—and we care. If your item doesn’t fit, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help. Depending on the situation, we may be able to offer a combination of:

  • A one-time size replacement,

  • A discounted reprint, or

  • Personalized fit guidance so your next order feels just right
